These Terms set out the conditions for using “Soheki: The Azure Grotto” (the “Service”), provided by NEXS Co., Ltd. (the “Operator”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. The Service and fees
The Service is free to play. We also offer paid items (stamina recovery items) and subscriptions (no ads, Interior Mode, and more). For prices, payment, and cancellation, please see the Legal Notice (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions).
Purchased items and subscription benefits can be used only with the account used for the purchase. Refunds are not available after purchase (except where required by law).
2. Accounts and records
- Your records are saved automatically even if you do not sign in. If you link your account with Google or an email address, you can carry your records over to other devices.
- Records that are not linked are tied only to the browser on the device you are using. If they are lost because browser data is deleted, the device is changed, or for similar reasons, they cannot be restored.
- You are responsible for managing your own sign-in information.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Conduct that violates laws or regulations or public order and morals
- Placing an excessive load on the Service’s servers or network, or unauthorized access
- Copying, distributing, or selling the Service’s images, audio, or other materials beyond the purpose of introducing the Service
- Infringing the rights of other users or third parties
- Any other conduct the Operator considers inappropriate
4. Sharing
You may freely post images of grottos and fragments shared through the Service’s sharing feature on social media and elsewhere, within the scope of introducing the Service.
5. Changes, suspension, and termination of the Service
The Operator may change the content of the Service or end its provision after giving prior notice. The Service may be temporarily suspended without notice due to failures or maintenance.
6. Disclaimer
The Operator is not liable for any damage incurred by users due to defects in or suspension of the Service, loss of records, or similar events, except where caused by the Operator’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Intellectual property
The rights to the images, text, programs, and other elements of the Service belong to the Operator or the legitimate rights holders. For the sources of materials, please see About this game.
8. Changes to these Terms
The Operator may change these Terms as necessary. Important changes will be announced within the Service.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court having jurisdiction over the Operator’s location shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance for any dispute relating to the Service.
